I’ve been doing web development and consulting with a focus on accessibility since 2004. As with everything, the focus of my work has drifted back and forth over the years – but accessibility has remained a constant element. I used to primarily do web design, building new custom web sites for small businesses and non-profits. Currently, that’s a relatively uncommon part of my business. In web development I prefer to stay out of the design process, and develop custom applications that will be used as a portion of a larger accessible application.
